Naturally, our youth have massive desires to try new things and they constantly seek a sense of recognition.
However, peer pressure, discouraging environment, and the lack of productive activities make it even more challenging for them to adopt a positive and a balanced lifestyle.
If left unchecked, our youth tend to gravitate towards unproductive activities as they lack the right influence — increasing the chances of problems among them.
As a result, social ills like rempit, lepak, drug abuse and smoking are becoming a norm in our society.
But, it is never too late for a change.

Imagine if there’s a place where the youth can go to after school. A safe place to learn and nurture essential skills they want as an individual and build a happier community.
For 6 months, we struggle to materialize our ideas to build a solution for a better youth.
Until one day, a business expert found our story. She believes in the vision and offers to guide us turn our ideas into a business based on our love for the youth.
Armed with 30 years of experience, she guided our young founders step by step
building Herons Academy from scratch.
Today, in just 5 months, what was considered a dream in the mind of our founders became a Youth Centre — a place where youth enrich themselves through mentorship.
Just like our mentor accelerates our progress towards realizing our dream, Herons Academy strive to bring mentorship available for our youth-realizing their own dreams.
